The permanent magnetic block catches and eliminate ferrous parts on conveyor belt (food, plastic, recycling ...). Stainless steel housing is waterproof and the magnetic circuit is made of neodynium (rare earth) magnets. one active surface.
At the 2 ends, 2 tapped holes M10 (center distance 60 mm)
The density of magnetic flux, in the center, is more than 0,625 Tesla. Because of this high magnetic field, the small parts are easy catched, even for wet applications.
Exemple of distance separation :
- round pieces Ø5-10 / around 85 mm
- nuts M5-M10 / around 100 mm
- key / around 150 mm
- nail 2 / around 180 mm
- nail 4 / around 200 mm
Max. temperature of use : 80°C
